Cindy has over 11 years recruiting experience and focus on banking and financial service sector. Before joined Falcon Talent, she worked for two different top executive searching firms as banking Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant respectively. She was recognized as top performance in banking sector in the past 9 years. She helped kinds of foreign banks to expand their business in china and meanwhile supported many local financial institutions to update their businesses as well.

Sophie Wang joined Falcon in 2015 to lead the Healthcare team across China. Prior to Falcon, she was the Head of Healthcare practice in Profile Search & Selection, and prior to that, she was a Sr. Consultant in Hays Life Sciences. Sophie has five years prior experience at a US boutique executive search firm. Her key coverage areas include general management, drug discovery(pre-clinical) and PE/VC within healthcare sector.
